Anger Management Group (View PDF)
Wednesdays ● 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Fee: $60 per session
Leaders: Ray DiGiuseppe, Ph.D., Chayim Newman, M.A. and Mary Russell, M.S.
- Learn about what anger is and what factors lead to becoming angry
- Learn to deal with situations and people in your life that lead you to become angry
- Identify, challenge, and replace maladaptive beliefs with healthier, more functional ones
- Learn how to prevent and avoid potential future triggers of anger
Fee: $60 per session (You must commit a month at a time to the group.)
