While initially the title Rational Passion leaves one thinking if there is such a thing, this book actually proves that there is. A basic REBT review is provided as the backdrop for the continuing 25 chapters. Each of the chapters are well-written in an easy to read style and provide useful and realistic techniques for readers to look at their relationships. The techniques are easy to use and leave the reader with a sense that rational passion does exist. This book will be extremely helpful to both the practitioner and the everyday layman and is really a great resource for both acknowledging and actively dealing with relationship issues in an REBT style.
